If you have already made a purchase, PLEASE note that the total does not reflect shipping costs. If not, please contact us about any item(s) that are of interest, either way we will quote shipping ASAP. We are currently shipping to USA addresses only. All orders are shipped USPS or UPS ground. Orders are processed Wednesday thru Saturday of each week and normally shipped within 48hrs. Please visit your post office or UPS.com for official UPS shipping tables. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Upon placement of order, please check your confirmation email immediately to insure "ship to" address is correct. Should the address be incorrect, please contact us immediately. Once a package has been shipped, there will be a $20 redirect charge should the address need to be changed while in transit. Shipping costs from Fabric & Freight will not be refunded or credited under any circumstances. All costs for shipping and/or return shipment are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated. Returns will be accepted within 14 days for store credit or exchange ONLY on all items. No cash or credit refunds are issued for any returns. Procedure: Please call us at (330) 753-2590 for a return authorization. Items to be returned must be mailed back to us within 30 working days of initial order. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging and in the condition sold and with a copy of customer's receipt. Item(s) must be in original, unused condition. Upon receiving and processing the returned item(s), We will issue store credit to customer or send replacement item(s). Please be certain to return your purchase in original exterior box, well packed and insured for the full amount.
